Cyndi Wilkens speaks and writes with transparency and hope. A gifted story teller, she weaves humour and learning into every moment bringing tears and laughter. Cyndi has overcome many obstacles, including infertility and a quadruple amputation. During her rehabilitation, she worked hard to recapture her relationship with her children and learn to walk, swim, and dance through life again. She has been interviewed by major international television personalities recognizing her strength in adversity.

Her work includes: successful business executive; an international speaking ministry since 2011; Graduate & Coach of/at Women’s Ministries Institute, Heritage College (Cambridge, Ontario); authorship of Shine On, The Remarkable True Story of a Quadruple Amputee (English, Spanish and Nepalese translation); winner of the 2017 Women’s Journey of Faith Publishing Contest; founder, Shine On Missions which is dedicated to assisting families in crisis, recipient Awards for, Perseverance, Courage & Determination; cited by Canadian National TV, “Canadian Original”; contributor “Blessings in Disguise” EA books.

She has been featured on the Jeff Probst Show, Anderson Cooper, Marilyn Dennis (Canada), 700 Club Canada and 100 Huntley, speaker at Kingdom Bound music festival; front page feature in national (Canadian) newspapers and publications.

As a wife, mom, author, and speaker, Cyndi has a heart for sharing her story with transparency, bringing tears and laughter in the hopes of shining a light for others facing dark times.
